RFP 2024-04 iPad Lease #15666

The Board of Trustees of Northeast MS Community College is seeking proposals for:

iPad Lease Project 2024-04

Deadline for receipt of proposals is May 7, 2024, at 2:00 PM, local time. Interested bidders can download bid documents online at www.nemccbids.com. 

 Vendors must submit sealed proposals in one of the following manners:

 1. Physical Document- Vendors who choose to submit physical documents must submit two (2) signed original copies of their proposal along with any technical information pertinent to the evaluation of the proposal.

 ·  All physical proposals submitted are to be clearly marked in the lower left hand corner with the RFP name and RFP number.  The Bidder's name and address must also be on the outside of the sealed packet.

Specification response forms, along with all other required information detailed in the bid instructions should be submitted no later than May 7, 2024, at 2:00 PM per the detailed bid instructions.

Northeast Mississippi Community College reserves the right to reject any and or all bids, waive technicalities, informalities or irregularities in the bids received, solicit new bids or to choose that bid which is deemed to be in the best interest to the college. The Bidder shall be responsible for and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NEMCC from all losses, damages, expenses, claims, demands, suits and actions brought by any party against NEMCC as a result of the Bidder’s failure to comply with the provisions above.
