The Bid Acceptance Committee appointed by the Board of Trustees of Northeast Mississippi Community College, Booneville, Mississippi, will receive bids until 2:00 PM, Monday, October 17, 2022, at which time they will be opened in the Board Room of Ramsey Student Services Building (Room 201) and read publicly for the following:
NORTHEAST MISSISSIPPI COMMUNITY COLLEGE
(NEMCC) BID #1067 Corinth RTU Replacement.

• Sealed Bids will be received until 2:00 PM, October 17, 2022. Bids should be addressed and either mailed to:
o Board of Trustees, Attention: Bid Acceptance Committee, Northeast Mississippi Community College, 101 Cunningham Blvd, Booneville, MS
38829.
o or delivered to: The Office of the President, Ramey Hall 212, or the Director of Purchasing Office, Ramsey Hall 215, at that address.

• Electronic Bids will be received until 2:00 PM, October 17, 2022, via
electronic online bid submission through https://www.nemccbids.com/

• Official bid documents can be obtained as follows:
o Paper copies may be purchased online from https://www.nemccbids.com/
o Paper copies of Contract Bid Documents, including Plans and Specifications, are issued to potential Bidders from Plan House Printing, 605 West Main
Street, Tupelo, MS 38804.
o Contract bid documents may also be purchased for electronic download from
Plan House Printing. Registering for a free account at https://www.nemccbids.com/ will enable bidders to order and purchase Contract Bid Documents. A valid e-mail address is required for account
registration. Questions regarding website registration, online orders and/or electronic bidding shall be directed to Plan House Printing at 662-407-0193.

• Each bidder must deposit with this bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. For Bidders
submitting bids electronically, the bond submitted must be either a bond issued by the Surety in electronic format, or the original hard copy of the bid bond must be submitted to the Board of Trustees of Northeast Mississippi Community College, Attention: Bid Acceptance Committee, Northeast Mississippi Community College, 101
Cunningham Blvd, Booneville, MS 38829, prior to bid opening in order for the bid to be valid.

• Official Bid Documents (Plans, Specifications, Contract Documents) may be
examined at:
o Northeast Mississippi Community College President’s Office (Ramsey Hall 212) 101 Cunningham Blvd. Booneville, MS 38829

• Winning bidder will be notified by either phone or e-mail. Non-winning bidders will not be contacted.

• The bidder shall obey all Federal, State, County, or City laws and ordinances in any way pertaining to the work and shall obtain all permits that may be
necessary for its performance if required.
o That in the hiring of employees for the performance of such contract, nor any person acting on behalf of such bidder or shall by reason of race, creed, or color discriminate against any citizen of the United States who is qualified and able to perform the work.
o Nor shall they in any manner discriminate against or intimidate any employees hired for the
o performance of the work on account of race, creed, or color.

• The bidder shall be responsible for and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NEMCC from all losses, damages, expenses, claims, demands, suits and actions brought by any party against NEMCC as a result of the Bidder’s failure to comply with the provisions above.
